The
Castle is situated at the eastern end of the village
of St Helens between the Green and St Helens Duver and
the beach, which is only five minutes walk away. The
property was originally built in 1842 and developed
through the rest of that century into a large estate.
It is a listed property of architectural and
historical interest. The Castle has peaceful secluded
grounds, which are available for the use of tenants
and has magnificent views over Bembridge Harbour.
The
village of St Helens has a number of facilities
including local shops, a post office, a pub and two
excellent restaurants all of which are within easy
walking distance. The towns of Ryde and Newport are a
short drive away

The properties available for let were renovated to be offered as holiday
accommodation in 2007. Both are suitable for
families with children of all ages. They provide
comfortable and characterful accommodation with
extensive facilities including central heating, colour
televisions, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, CD and
DVD players, washing and drying machines. There are no
additional charges. The cost of gas and electricity
used during your stay is included in the rental charge. A Cot and
other baby equipment is available on request for each
property at no extra charge. Blankets, Duvets and
Pillows are all provided. Linen and Towels are
available on request at no extra charge.
Both properties are non-smoking. It is
regretted that pets cannot be accommodated. Ample
parking space is available within the grounds for both
